About ASTI

The Ammonia Safety & Training Institute (ASTI) was established in 1991, in recognition of the long standing need for training in the safe handling of ammonia, a chemical used widely throughout many areas of industry and agriculture. ASTI offers training in accordance with OSHA Standard 1910.120(q) - emergency response to hazardous substance releases.
